Kristin was born in Lubbock, Texas, and has always been driven by a deep-rooted commitment to helping others. In 2009, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing—a natural extension of her compassion and work ethic. Even before earning her degree, she had already become a registered nurse in 2006, launching a career dedicated to critical care in high-stakes environments.

For six years, Kristin served on the front lines as an emergency room nurse in a fast-paced, high-volume trauma center. Her firsthand experience in life-and-death situations gave her not only medical expertise, but also an unwavering sense of empathy and resolve—qualities that would later become the cornerstone of her legal practice.

Inspired to make a difference beyond the hospital walls, Kristin pursued a legal education and earned her Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2013. Since then, she has combined her medical knowledge with sharp legal acumen to advocate for individuals who have been harmed through no fault of their own.

Kristin’s legal background includes complex cases in medical malpractice, pharmaceutical litigation, and personal injury. She brings a unique perspective to the courtroom—understanding both the physical and emotional toll injuries can take, and the medical nuances that are often critical to successful litigation.

In February 2024, Kristin joined the litigation team at Javier Marcos & Associates, where she focuses her practice on representing victims of construction site accidents, workplace injuries, and premises liability cases. Known for her tireless work ethic and client-first approach, Kristin fights passionately to hold negligent parties accountable and to secure the justice her clients deserve.

When she’s not advocating for her clients, Kristin continues to draw on her background in healthcare and law to support community initiatives and educate others on safety, health, and legal rights.
