Born and raised in Houston, Texas. Left for Austin after high school (1982) to attend college and law school – have been in practice since 1989.
In my 35 years of practicing law, I have handled and been involved in litigation of every manner of personal injury actions possible on behalf of the injured parties or the liable Defendants. This includes major maritime disasters, catastrophic plane crashes, maritime injuries, oil field injuries, workplace injuries, and trucking and auto accidents. I have also litigated and tried intellectual property cases, litigated oil/gas agreements, and partnership disputes.
Now I am focused solely on obtaining recovery for injured parties
